The steel quality no longer meets the design engineer's demand for system flexibility and lightness。In addition to the traditional aluminum industry, the frequency of use of aluminum in the automotive industry is also increasing, and the mechanical engineering industry is also beginning to benefit from innovative aluminum profile technology。In the past, aluminum had very obvious limitations and could not meet the particularly high requirements in terms of overall structural stability。 With the advent of our BLOCAN heavy-duty profiles, this is no longer an issue。 The 320x160 aluminum profile is even more stable than the IPE 360 double T-beam, and it is smaller in size and 35% less weight。

Profiles can be ordered or cut to the desired length and then assembled with thrust connectors without further processing。The whole process is simple and convenient, and the position of the profile can be changed as needed。The profiles thus connected can effortlessly withstand heavy and even dynamic loads。

Compared with the traditional welding process, this connection method reduces the assembly and processing workload to a minimum, and the assembly cost is also lower。In addition to the connection method, BLOCAN® heavy-duty profiles have another advantage: they can be disassembled in sections very simply。This greatly reduces the amount of work required for shipping and even allows you to reassemble in another location or with another design。
