Design engineers need more flexibility
The steel quality no longer meets the design engineer's demand for system flexibility and lightness。In addition to the traditional aluminum industry, the frequency of use of aluminum in the automotive industry is also increasing, and the mechanical engineering industry is also beginning to benefit from innovative aluminum profile technology。In the past, aluminum had very obvious limitations and could not meet the particularly high requirements in terms of overall structural stability。 With the advent of our BLOCAN heavy-duty profiles, this is no longer an issue。 The 320x160 aluminum profile is even more stable than the IPE 360 double T-beam, and it is smaller in size and 35% less weight。

Compared with the traditional welding process, this connection method reduces the assembly and processing workload to a minimum, and the assembly cost is also lower。In addition to the connection method, BLOCAN® heavy-duty profiles have another advantage: they can be disassembled in sections very simply。This greatly reduces the amount of work required for shipping and even allows you to reassemble in another location or with another design。
